Maya is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Counselling (MACP) at Yorkville University. She completed her Bachelors of Arts degree from Thompson Rivers University, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Maya loves helping a wide range of individuals, including those with diverse abilities and has a passion for helping people overcome diet culture and body image issues.

Mayas uses a person-centred approach to create a safe and welcoming environment for her clients. She is very excited to join the ProMentality team and is looking forward to helping clients become their best selves.
